After trying to foist this idiot on the country as second to the President, which means possibly President herself, now she's not leadership material?

If she chooses a career of making fun of Lib's on Fox, hey I'll watch should be great entertainment.

Unfortunately, she is too weak a personality to make much of a dent in ridiculing liberals. No matter how much others write her routines, she will never come close to a genuine entertainer.

Of course, in spite of what so-called conservatives claim, in order to save face, we know that they are embarrassed by this turn of events with this woman. Now that she's shopping around for a "reality" TV show, she becomes even more pitiful than the day she publicly paraded that pregnant daughter around the GOP convention.Elizabeth Wrighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06957503056880341197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18105492.post-90539937106518901842010-03-10T23:33:44.697-05:002010-03-10T23:33:44.697-05:00Two things. Dem's can say racist things and get a pass from the press. Repub's give the press any excuse and they are all over them."
That's a fair evaluation.

(2) Sarah is a Repub, not independent, not the Tea Party leader. Kind of like referee's.

There is a difference between being a fan and a follower. I am a Payton Manning fan, puts on a great show. Sarah puts on a great show as well. Fun to watch.

She owes the public nothing, can do as she pleases. Not any longer. Conservatives now can hardly wait to punish an opponent with the "racist" smear, just as heartily as a die-hard Democrat. The word is now as much a part of the conservative lexicon as are the smears "un-American" and "unpatriotic." In fact, many of these so-called independent thinkers on the right appear to equate a person who harbors sentiments that "exclude" others as un-American. "Inclusion" is the order of the day – because liberals taught them so.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18105492.post-40773768358459303972010-03-09T14:47:51.848-05:002010-03-09T14:47:51.848-05:00I guess it concerns me when someone wants to be my...I guess it concerns me when someone wants to be my leader who doesn't read newspapers or books and has no concept of Supreme Court decisions such as Brown I and II. It has nothing to do with being on the liberal bandwagon but everything to do with being on the education bandwagon.Susan Klopferhttp://susanklopfer.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18105492.post-70096362852136354532010-02-26T11:56:31.965-05:002010-02-26T11:56:31.965-05:00All of these claims made by liberals are just an e...All of these claims made by liberals are just an excuse to shut down dissent. I'm a feminist, too, but that's no excuse for being dishonest.

There are biological differences that are minimally influenced by society, if at all. This doesn't mean that men and women aren't equally valuable. It means they are valuable in different ways.

More importantly for me, women need to stop blaming men and society for their problems. If feminism is about women's equality, then this means that women are adults who can take responsibility for their own actions and take the heat if they make bad decisions, just like men. Instead, what we get are feminists treating women like children. Women who have children they cannot afford and who live off the state are victims of the patriarchy as opposed to their own bad decisions.
Anyone who thinks that women are not entitled to handouts like free daycare for having children they cannot support is accused to "slut-shaming" and "demeaning" women's mothering skills.

People who have criticized Palin's lack of experience or substance by spoofing her involvement in beauty pagents were accused of using insensitive imagery and language, calling women stupid, and judging them based on appearance.

People who criticized the Gloucester girls who got pregnant inentionally (even if there was no pact), and who made floats dedicated to their foolishness in the Horribles Parades, were slammed for the emotional abuse of children.

Well, if they think they are adult enough to raise children, then they are adult enough to not expect pampering and to defend their choices to the world, in my opinion.

To be honest, I'm not sure conservatives really believe in liberal ideology. I think it's just a cynical game for them. Let's' attract disillusioned liberals to their cause by feeding them what they want to hear. They won't find out it's laced with arsenic (as far as liberals are concerned) before it's too late anyway.

Doesn't make it any less dishonest.Adriannanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18105492.post-90862362377463945012010-02-25T10:59:05.784-05:002010-02-25T10:59:05.784-05:00Clearly, Palin was seduced by the trappings of pow...Clearly, Palin was seduced by the trappings of power when McCain picked her as his running mate. She may have been sincere in her former support of the Alaskan Independence Party (though I personally doubt it), but there's no doubt where her loyalties lie now, and that's with the Neocon ruling elite.Old Rebelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11146916266682461688noreply@blogger.com
